Warranty Policy
Thank you for your interest in the products and services of BLINK LEATHER.
This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from BLINK LEATHER (the "Physical Goods").
HOW LONG DOES THE WARRANTY LAST?
Every BLINK LEATHER product is covered by a 2-year warranty.
WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER:
- Cracked straps or grab handles
- Damage to the external leather structure (caused by normal usage)
- Hardware defects (broken zips, buckles or press studs)
WHAT WILL WE DO TO CORRECT PROBLEMS:
BLINK LEATHER will either replace the product at no charge or will provide store credit.
WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY NOT COVER:
- General wear and tear of the product or accidental damage.
- Neglect of the product care instructions or damage caused by water or moisture.
- Alterations made to the product by a third party.
- The natural ageing process of the leather or material, such as patination and scratches.
WANT TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM?
- Please send us an email on contact@blinkleather.com with photos detailing the fault.
- Please include details of your order and date of purchase.
- We’ll get back to you within 2-3 business days.
- We recommend you to send your package insured and through a traceable courier service. BLINK LEATHER is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit to us.
- Your leather product will be inspected and replaced within 3 to 5 weeks of the date that we receive your package if all the conditions of this warranty are met.
