Shipment processing time
We aim to ship your product as soon as we receive your order. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. However, sometimes as a result of some unforeseen circumstances like shortage of stock, natural calamities there could be some delay in the shipping process and could lead up to 30 days. We request your patience in these conditions. You should be able to track your shipment with the tracking number provided by us. If you still have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us via email or the phone number provided. Please note that the orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays in Australia.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or addresses
BLINK LEATHER ships to addresses all over the world and do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
BLINK LEATHER is not responsible for any customs and taxes (if applicable) applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
BLINK LEATHER is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping company directly to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
